    How does hemp seed oil help my skin?

  • Hemp seed oil is high in protein, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C, D, and E and contains a high percentage of essential fatty acids (EFA's). EFAs (essential fatty acids found in hemp seed oil) are readily absorbed by sun damage, malnourished and neglected skin. The lipid (fat) component in hemp seed oil permeates deep into the skin cells, preventing these cells from drying out and dying. This is purported to result in younger, healthier looking skin.
