Refund policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with the performance of our product, simply return the product in its original, unused, new condition with your purchase receipt and in your own words, the reason for return and we'll gladly refund your purchase price. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable. If the product has been used, for hygienic reasons and due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept products for a return. All of our ingredients are listed on our website in each and every product so you, the customer, can avoid disappointment or sensitivities. Please read our ingredients before purchasing. If you have skin sensitivities, please order a travel size or smaller size product to see how they work for your skin, before buying in the larger sizes.
Damaged item returns: We make every effort to carefully package your ordered products. Please inspect your package carefully , If you receive damaged items, please save all packaging materials and contact us via email (earthmaiden@earthmaidenorganics.com) so we can follow up with the shipper and send out your replacement products. There will be no cost to you. We may request that you return the incorrect items to us at the below address with receipt and return information enclosed.
